This is the second annual drawn by the new Rupert Illustrator Stuart Trotter. The 2009 annual for 2010. 72 pages of brand new stories and activities.  This years annual is being wholly produced in the traditional fashion of previous annuals - hard covered and gloss finished!  This is annual number 74 in the series.

As predicted - this annual sold out before Christmas 2010 and is now out of print.

 

We have just managed to secure a handful of mint condition annuals which are available now.

This is the Rupert Annual celebrating Rupert's 90th year!  (It is also known as the 2011 annual)

It is to be a compilation annual, containing four stories - one from each Artist, namely Mary Tourtel, Alfred Bestall, John Harrold and Stuart Trotter.  Stuart's story is a brand new one!  As well as the stories, it features the usual spread of puzzles and games, which also include the work of Alex Cubie.

This annual has been published in August 2010 and includes the following stories:-

Rupert at School - 1922 - Mary Tourtel

Rupert's Queer Path - 1949 - Alfred Bestall

Rupert's Birthday Adventure - 1995 - John Harrold

Rupert and the Snowbird - 2010 - Stuart Trotter

 

These have just been acquired by the shop. They unfortunately now come at a high cost, which reflects their rarity. These are all sent by signed for delivery.

Details of this year's annual have now been released.  This 76th Annual is again a compilation annual, featuring Rupert and Ozzie, set at the time of the Queens Coronation in 1952, as this is her Diamond Jubilee year. 

Included in this annual are stories and puzzles for Alfred Bestall and John Harrold, as well as a new story written by Stuart Trotter, introducing a new character Robo - A robot!
